Honestly, I hardly exercise and whenever I do, it isn’t consecutive. My diet consists of a series of things, mainly Vietnamese dishes. I drink WAYY too much coffee for my own good, it’s my meal replacement. I suggest 20 min cardio sessions (stair-masters or a treadmill with at least a 7.0 incline), ab workouts with 10 lb weights and eating small proportions.

In addition, we not had sex - we made love. There’s no such thing as making too much love!
The actual piercing was not painful, however the healing process was quite tedious - bearable though. Roughly, about 2 weeks. If you plan on getting your tongue pierced stock up on yogurt and soup! :)

During the day I use Dior SkinFlash concealer, Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer spf 20 with a light dusk of Dior SkinNude mineral translucent powder. In the evening, depending on the occasion I like to use either my Chanel Perfect Lumiere liquid foundation or my Dior SkinNude liquid foundation with a spray of Dior AirFlash all over for an airbrushed finish. For dry skin, I recommend Laura Mercier silk creme foundation, it’s very hydrating and offers a lot of coverage. In addition to that, have a good translucent powder on hand for touch ups!
During the day I stack MAC lashes number 21 and 34 together, then blend with Givenchy’s Phenomenal Eyes mascara. For a bolder evening look, I wear Model 21 lashes number 21 and blend with Dior’s BlackOut mascara on my top and bottom. I also like Red Cherry lashes number 74 and 138 separate from each other.
It really depends on my hair color. If my hair is blonde, I’ll use L’Oreal Colorist Collection - White Violet shampoo and conditioner. Currently, with my brunette color I am using Victoria Secret So Sexy - Color Stay shampoo and conditioner. I use Miracle 10 detangler spray, Big Sexy hair spray and mousse for styling.

Taken a couple weekends ago with my girlfriends at IMUSIC Seattle hosted by Wet Paint production group - shout out to them for putting on a terrific event! Ended my Friday night on a good note at Pnk Ultra Lounge. Prior to this outing, I was a homebody for an entire month. No clubs, lounges, bars - nada! It felt nice to be surrounded by good company and dance the night away with my girlfriends, very much needed! & In case you were wondering, here’s what’s new with Diem’s life.
- This is the longest my hair has been in over 4 years. Making tons of progress, hooray to me! Considering on going a little lighter, adding some color to welcome in the spring. I’ll post pictures once the color is finalized.
- I’ve been inspired to gear my education path in a different direction :) I’ll update with more details once everything becomes official.
- I’ve cleared the air many a few people from my past, bringing an overall sense of enlightenment and calmness to my life.
- Being told you made someone’s day is one of the most satisfying feelings in the world. I love the person that I’ve become. Daughter, sister, girlfriend, friend and mentor.
- Money, wealth and relationships: they make things easier, but by no means do they make things better. With that being said, things will definitely get worst before they can get any better.
- People will try to tell you how to look, act and feel. Don’t let them. Be your own trend.

MAC Prep + Prime Skin, I apply this all over. It calms and soothes the skin, blots away excess oil, and evens out skin’s color.
Make Up Forever HD Micro-Perfecting Primer, I only use this product in the evening if I plan on taking photos. Perfect for flawless photos and to improve the life of your application.
Yves Saint Laurent Radiant Touch, brightening concealer I use under the eyes, on the bridge of my nose and slightly on my laugh lines. It has mother of pearl particles that reflect light, leaving a glowing look.
Make Up Forever Full Coverage Concealer, great to cover up scars, blemishes, acne or dark circles from late nights. I use this occasionally when break-outs occur.
Chanel Mat Lumiere Foundation, I recommend Perfect Lumiere for Asian skin or if you’re desiring a satin finish, however my skin is on the oily-er side which why I like a matte finish. A little goes a long way with this foundation. Effortlessly beautiful.
Chanel Double Perfection Matte Powder, my compact powder. Usually used 3-5 hours after the liquid application all over the face. Again, a little goes a long way with this powder. Chanel offers full coverage in almost all of their foundations, so you don’t need much.
Nars Deep Throat Blush, my favorite blush! I find the name quite amusing as well. For those cosmetic junkies who are familiar with Nar’s Orgasm (number one selling in the US) this is basically a less shimmery version.
Make Up Forever HD Powder, I call this the flawless-er. It’s like a filter for the skin, apply this all over for a flawless finish in real life and in your photos.
Tools: Powder foundation brush, concealer brush, blush brush and a warm set of hands. I recommend that you use synthetic brushes because they attract less bacteria and create a better application. Warm hands help warm your products, when products are slightly warmer then room temperature they work to their full potential.
